    Sales Manager

    Noah is our Venue Sales Manager and a proud Kansas City native, originally from Blue Springs. He studied Events Marketing & Management at the University of Central Missouri, where he gained hands-on experience planning, promoting, and executing events. Before joining our team, he worked in nonprofit marketing and communications across the arts, tourism, and social services sectors. Noah is a people person through and through—he loves building connections and making others smile. He brings warmth, creativity, and attention to detail to every event he works on. When he’s not at the venue, you can find him exploring Kansas City with friends or checking out a new concert.

    VENUE MANAGER\

    Meet Chloe Neukirch, the dedicated Venue Manager overseeing The Bardot and The Harlow. Originally from Topeka, KS, Chloe earned her business degree from Washburn University before moving to Kansas City in 2021 with her husband, Trevor, a KC native. Chloe’s journey into venue management began while planning her own wedding. After touring The Bardot and falling in love with the space, she not only found the perfect venue for her wedding but also discovered a passion for the industry. Now, Chloe channels that passion into creating unforgettable events for others. When she's not busy managing venues, she enjoys reading, attending concerts, and spending quality time with her husband and their cats.

    Marketing Coordinator

    Meet Peyton Hassenflu, our Marketing Coordinator. Peyton's journey in the world of marketing began at the University of Arkansas, where she graduated in 2022 with a degree in Journalism, specializing in Advertising and Public Relations, and complemented it with a minor in English. A true Kansas City native, Peyton returned to her hometown from Bentonville, AR, bringing with her a wealth of experience and boundless creativity that enriches our team. She wears many hats, skillfully managing our social media accounts, devising innovative marketing strategies, and crafting captivating graphic design assets and compelling copywriting. Peyton is our go-to for all things marketing within the company. Her approach is always strategic, and her keen eye for detail ensures that every project resonates with our audience, helping us convey our brand's message effectively.

    Meet Rachel Fletcher, our dynamic and visionary Venue Sales Manager. Originally from Atlanta, she moved to the Midwest to study Strategic Communications at the University of Kansas, graduating from the renowned William Allen White School of Journalism. With a background in sales, marketing, and event planning, Rachel brings both strategy and creativity to everything she does. She’s passionate about building relationships and creating events that feel intentional and effortless. Outside of her role here, Rachel is the founder of All Live, a culinary and events company that celebrates the beauty of gathering. Whether she’s curating an event or designing a menu, she brings heart and purpose to every detail.
